Alive Market will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on www.alive-market.com. Alive Market will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store or from another third-party website.

We are NOT able to accept back any product that has been opened or used.


We do NOT accept returns on merchandise purchased on sale.

 

After speaking with us, if you still desire to return your unopened product and it is within 7 days of receiving it, please read below:

The Returns Process:
 1) Email us at help.alivemarket@gmail.com as soon as possible to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.


2) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can examine it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
